Follow our pizza dough recipe on our blog.
Cover your semi-cooked pizza base with tomato puree
Cover the base of your pizza with mozzarella cheese
Shred the cooked chicken
Mix in a good amount of mayonnaise with your chicken
Add the chicken-mayo mixture to the pizza
Add sliced mushroom, pineapple and peppadews to the pizza
Sprinkle flour on your pizza peel and place your pizza on the peel
Put your pizza into the pizza braai and let the magic happen!
Garnish with fresh rocket
